SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
How long will my order take to ship?
Most of our pieces are made to order. Depending on the piece, please allow 5-7 business days (up to 10 business days during peak season) to make the jewelry, plus shipping time.
COVID-19 Note: We have seen frequent shipping delays this past year. Please allow up to 15 days of shipping time should you see any issues with tracking.
The following order types may require a signature upon delivery:
Orders over $1000 USD
Can I make changes to or cancel my order after I place it?
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 24 hours and we'll try our best to accommodate your request.
Can I edit my address after the order's been placed?
If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can edit the shipping address. Send us an email to email@example.com as soon as possible.
Where do you currently ship?
Currently La Bijoutière ships orders throughout the domestic United States.
Please note that vintage items are non-refundable.
For eligible orders, you may return unworn or unused items within 10 business days of the delivery date. Depending on the condition of the returned item, we will determine if the piece is eligible for a full refund once it arrives back to us. Please keep in mind there can be a 15% restocking fee (i.e. if it's been severely damaged or clearly worn).
Customers are responsible for paying a $10 returns and processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded total.

Custom and half-sized pieces
Engraved/Personalized items (however we can resize these)
Please be advised that once the product has been shipped, we do not refund Route Package Protection.
We are unable to refund shipping fees.
